Thanks for the encouragement. Have slight problem, his feet are so big, when he walks they run into each other slightly. Any way to stretch the stance in nifskope a lil, or is this a keyframe thing?

You can shrink the proportions of the feet to reduce clipping otherwise you have to do keyframes.
That looks like a lot of polys.
