Just a note:

You don't have to register with Ka-Blam or have a paypal account to purchase the trade. There is an option to opt out of starting an account and the site does take credit cards.

Got mine!

Haven't had a chance to do more than thumb through it so far and it's still warm ('cause it spent part of the day on my doorstep in the sun) but looks REAL nice.  Gonna read through the new stuff after dinner.  Great job guys.
