It would have been totally rad to play as other Bat-Family in this game, I think.
But, if no co-op (which I probably wouldn't use) means a better single player, then I'm all for it.

This game is the reason I bought a PS3.

Pre-order from Best Buy and get Robin in the game

Catwoman is playable

Riddler, Mr Freeze, Penguin, Solomon Grundy, Bane are in the game Bane helps you

Depending on where you live in the world, if you pre-order you can get a crapload of skins in the game

A statue comes with the collector edition and the Gotham Knights DVD ($100)

This game is going to be way bigger than Arkham Asylum!

Preordered it about a month ago, from Best Buy so yay Robin! Really looking forward to this game. The first one competes for my favorite game ever, it's just about perfect.

Huh... I've been looking at the pre-order bonuses, and I'm surprised Benton isn't in here singing the praises of one of the pre-order costumes.

I'm PROBABLY going to get the Best Buy pre-order, but I'll wait another month for them to nail down what pre-orders go where.

Ehh?  I can only assume you're talking about the Animated Series skin for Batman...and while that show is the best of all Bat-Worlds, I've never been particularly fond of the Timm art style.  The only one of those skins that I'd be moderately interested in is the classic blue and gray one, and I'd be more interested in that one if it were black and gray.  So...ehh.  I would like to be able to play as Robin, though.  It's a shame it isn't Dick Grayson, but if they don't make too big a deal of it being Tim, I can always just pretend.

I actually find the Tim Verse skin looks really silly beside all the realistic looking ones. The one I wanted was the Earth One skin, mostly because I thought it was the Batman Inc one at first.

I'm kinda disappointed they didn't make a skin for Dick's costume, or the previous modern Batman costume. The black and grey one with the pouches and black bat logo. The Dark Knight design is close but it's not the same.

Honestly, I wasn't impressed with any of the ones we've seen... the ones I'd be more willing to play generally would take me out of the game experience. I'd be much more likely to pick up something more modern (either one of Bruce's post-Batman Inc costumes, Dick's Batman costume) unique (Sinestro Corps Batman) or something based on the non-stupid movies (Batman & Returns, or Begins & TDK). The ones I've seen are almost too... generic.

While I wouldn't be interested in all of the ones 'Mato mentioned, I do agree that the ones they have just don't imperss me.  I'd settle for just a nice, classic comic version that wasn't bright blue.

Now if only they would release classic models and skins of everyone else in the game to match...it would be perfect!

I believe that the Robin comes with the Red Robin skin and that the CE comes with the Dark Knight Returns movie skin.

Robin skins for Arkham City have been revealed.

TAS, Tim's Red Robin costume, and I think the last one is the standard Robin in Arkham City.
Again the TAS one looks silly beside the rest, and the Red Robin skin looks too bulky but otherwise pretty good.

I don't care much for the hooded Robin...but I'm down for Red Robin(despite being incorrect from the belt down). To me, it's possibly the best costume design in comics within the last 20 years.

I'll second that.  Yeah, the hooded Robin just looks pretty terrible to me....like a thrown together Halloween costume.  I wish they had just done game-style versions of the TAS costumes.  They would just look way too weird to play with.

After seeing both a Robin and a Batman in TAS style, I wonder if there's maybe going to be some challenge maps where everything is in TAS style.

I normally don't get paid DLC but I could see myself picking this up! Now if they'd just announce a Batgirl pack I'll be one happy gamer.

Mmmmm... Like the head shots, would like to see a full body shot though.  The sketches do give me an idea of the costume, but actual renders often make  a difference.
