That's not the only clue.  The other is much more hidden.
Spoiler
If you open up your Cryptographic Sequencer, you can find three broadcasts from a slightly fuzzy and robotic voice saying seemingly random numbers. These numbers are actually a cipher, numeric representations of the alphabet. Two of the broadcasts are garbage, but the third one says: "9 23 9 12 12 18 5 20 21 18 14 2 1 20 13 1 14" which translates to " I WILL RETURN BATMAN".

Spoiler
Actually, they're just more encrypted. The one at 500,900 is just coded a bit differently (1-C, 2-B, 3-A, 4-Z, etc). I'll figure the third once I find it.

also, just heard about scarecrow's hideout. Gonna check that out as well.

And to think, I thought I was done with this game.

bredon7777

Spoiler
Third one is super complicated, but apparently translates out to "fear will tear gotham city to shreds."

So, we've got  - "I will return Batman"
"You will pay for what you did to me"
"Fear will tear Gotham City to shreds".

Given that, plus the hidden lair, looks like Scarecrow was in Arkham City after all, y/y?

I found the lair, but apparently not in time to see the poor hench-thug in it die.  I also missed the pregnancy test  so no mockingbird song.

Now Im gonna try to trigger the Killer Croc sighting in the sewers.

I need a little help, though

Spoiler
I can't find the last location that Azrael pops up in.  Nor any of the bodies for the Hush quest.

You won't be able to finish some of the side quests if you finish the game already.

Spoiler
Maybe that's why you can't find Azrael, not sure about Hush.  I'm looking for the bodies as well

Both of those stumped me for a bit.

Identity Theft:
Spoiler
look for bodies in alley ways. There might be specific areas to check but I'm not sure. Honestly I just stumbled into most of them.

Watcher in the Wings:
Spoiler
Have you checked the top of the Ferris Wheel in Joker territory? That's the one I missed, had to get a tip online to find him.

Spoiler
Thanks for pointing all those out guys. I would have missed most of them. Really happy that Rocksteady already has ideas for another game.

Games Radar have a few ideas about the next possible Batman game:

If anything, it's worth it for the video on the 3rd page.

I finished all the side quests except the Mad Hatter one after the game was over actually.  I missed the thing with Killer Croc though.

Got the watcher quest done.

Still cannot find another body for Identity Theft .
Spoiler
Most walkthrus mention near the courthouse or Ace chemicals.  Tried them both and zip.

But now I need help, again
Spoiler
I went back inside the steel mill for the Mr. Freeze side mission and I cant get out! The current is too strong to get out the way I got in, and I cannot find another exit.

Really?  I was told that you could finish

if you talked to Sharpe near the end of the game.  I would have to go back and check that one.

I didn't have a problem finishing any of the side quests after the game.  The problem with a few of the side quests is that moving forward on them is partially luck, especially the two that involve finding victims.  As for the one you mentioned:

Spoiler
I've heard there is suppose to be a certain order that you are suppose to find him.  The industrial park (top of ferris wheel), rooftop between Gotham courthouse and Acme Chemical, across from the GCPD building, building in the bowery (more like a terrace than a ledge.  I had to look up a video online to find it), then the church (the final one).  However, I am pretty sure I found him at the courthouse before the ferris wheel.

Talavar

I've pretty much beaten everything in the main game at this point (except the stupid AR gliding challenges), and I'm trying to get 3 'stars' or whatever in all of the challenges.  I've gotten most as Batman, but I find the later ones much harder as Catwoman, Robin & Nightwing because they don't seem to have the 'weapon break' move that Batman has.  Am I right about this, or I'm I just doing it wrong?

So, I just beat the game a little while ago.
I had planned to finish all the side quests before, because I heard some you cannot defeat after, but then I suddenly found myself in a spot where there was no more time for side quests. Turns out that was fine because the couple I had left were easily done after.

Well, except I still have to get all those dang Riddler trophies.

Spoiler

Anyhow, here is a map for Identity Theft, if anybody is still looking:

All in all, totally awesome. Except for all the diving challenges. That stuff is hard.

Yeah, but once you get them once, the next time's easier. I only sorta struggled with two during my second play-through

I double dipped:

I had Arkham City for the 360, but EA's Origin had the PC version for $24 (black Friday sale) so I picked it up as well.  The game looks so pretty on the PC

Anyone else pick up the Batman skins pack? 70's, Year One, and Dark Knight Returns are my favortie ones. DKR works really well in the Arkham City environment I think. The Sinestro Corps is a waste of space and a pointless addition. Batman Beyond isn't accurate with the wings and Batman will never look good minus a cape to me anyway. Earth One is blah. Animated is cool but out of place.

I picked it up for the PC & 360.  Haven't had a chance to play with them yet.

What's inaccurate about the Batman Beyond one?  It's one I was semi-interested in.

Courtnall6

The wings don't fan out from his sides attached to his arms. They pop out from his shoulder blades and run unattached along his arms as he glides. They look organic...like mutant wings really.

it's already out along with a "challenge map pack" that consists of The Batcave, Joker's Carnival, and Icerberg Lounge maps for 240 MS points.  (no idea what that is on PS3)

I may be the only one on here who loved Arkham Asylum more than Arkham City Im to lazy to read all the posts so maybe im not, I had to do a lot of thinking for Arkham City which i didnt like, but steller voice acting from Keven Conroy, and Mark Hamil

Sorry Micro, you're the only one.  You know Batman is the world's greatest detective, so he's a thinking man.  This game is suppose to make you feel like you're batman.

I enjoyed the two games pretty equally. Overall I'd probably lean towards City but it's very very close.

I loved Arkham Assylum and just recently got Arkham City and am about to start playing it.

One of the things I loved about Assylum was that it had a lot of puzzle style thinking elements to it.  If City leans a bit more in that direction, that is good news for me. I like games that make me think.

I should rephrase my comment earlier thinkng was just a minor promblem for me, Im just not use to going on the internet figuring out how to get inside a building multiple time or even realizing I could make myself an Iceboard also when I went into regular brawl fights I would have  The critical Strike Icon Appear numerous times even when I accmplished it Kinda ruined the experince of being Batman for me, im very obsessive when it comes to video games. I finished the game in 4 days still fun I rate it 85/100. Batman Arkham Asylum 95/100

really? for me, the inclusion of advanced combat actually enhanced the combat gameplay for me... I actually had an easier time overall then I did with Asylum (still hate knife users and electric baton guys though). I get what you're saying with finding certain doors and such (I had a game guide, so I had kind of an idea where to go) but once you've gone through it a couple times you get used to about where everything is.

Where the game really shines, at least to me, is in the side quests. In AA, you had a lot of tedious side things that you HAD to do (the numerous Scarecrow levels, Croc's entire sewer crap... HATE that bit) whereas AC is, for the most part, pretty straightforward in the main story... puzzles, predator mode, combat. wash, rinse, repeat. 90% of the side missions are optional, and they're all more engaging then the "find this, that, and these" from AA. Even the Riddler stuff is more fun and engaging, swaping the relatively easy riddler map nonsense for the much more interesting interrogation system.

catwhowalksbyhimself

Interrogation does fit Batman better, plus it ads another interesting choice to the fights.  Do I just take the baddies down, or do I go through the trouble to avoid that one in order to interrogate him?

And yeah, the side missions, from what little I've been able to play of them, are fun and allow the game to draw in some additional characters that they would not have been able to otherwise.

And I do like that there's now a reason for the Riddler stuff.  It's not just stuff you do for no real in universe reason, but your actually trying the stop the Riddler as an actual villain.

My only annoyance is that Games for Windows crashes any time it tries to load, so I can't download DLC.  My attempts to contact technical support were frustrating to say the least, and I gave up after hearing from two different techs writing in broken English and describing completely different problems then what I clearly described to them.

But the game itself I love.

UnkoMan

Oh man, I loved the interrogation feature. It was great! I interrogated every Riddler hench I found. In fact, sometimes I just ran around in detective mode just looking for green skeletons to grab. It made things so much more fun. Especially when the Riddler hench has a gun and I am thinking, "How the heck am I going to survive this mob and not get shot?"

It took me a while to realize you have to make ice floats too though. I think I had to look it up.

Yeah I've done that. The Riddler stuff was much better - EXCEPT I miss all the comments from him when you collect trophies. He was mostly silent this time around.

Finally picked this game up a bit ago and got around to finishing the campaign and side quests last night. One heck of a game! I did not expect so many cameos from so many characters, it was pure awesome! And man, I really felt like Batman(and Catwoman) swinging through the rofftops and all.

I hope there's a sequel, and that they expand on the side quests(length and/or quantity) to give the game even more of an open ended feel like GTA. Perhaps more playable characters(Robin, Nightwing, etc) for the story as well. Seriously impressed by this game. Well done Rocksteady.
