That what they say, but if you go to the site, it has the Batman TAS skin as a bonus.  The Robin skin was suppose to be a Best Buy only.  But like all games, give it a few weeks and you'll be able to buy all the skins as DLC

Robin and Nightwing have both been confirmed as available DLC for people who can't get them in pre-order deals.  I'm glad to hear it, as I'm still a little bitter that the Joker was never available on Xbox with the first one.  Stupid console exclusives....

Yeah, I was ecstatic to hear that. 
Plus, on a completely arbitrary (BUT AWESOME) note, Nightwing has his fingerstripes!
(I always loved that tiny costume detail....)

Wow. Why so late on the skins pack? Anyone who bought it on release day will have finished it by then. I was hoping to start early in the game with the classic Batman skin.

I must say I'm quite impressed with how good the 70s suit looks in game. I thought it (and most of the other skins) would look badly out of place.

The 1970s skin is allegedly a bonus for Toy R Us pre-orders.

Also, have not confirmed this but Nightwing and Robin are also available at Gamestop under "certain circumstances".  I have been told that the codes are being made available to members of their "bonus rewards" program.  This pertains to both New and Used copies and is due to some sort of agreement with Warner Brothers.

I personally am curious to see if anything besides the stated CE bonuses comes with my mine.  I order mine from an independent gaming retailer.

From the grapevine I hear Gamestop is selling the Robin/Nightwing DLC and Batman skins codes, but the codes won't activate until Nov/Dec. By the way, if you pick up a NOS energy drink you get the Batman Beyond skin.

so, got arkham city today. I'd let you know how that's going, but APPARENTLY even though it's only been out a day I need to upgrade it to version 1.01. Like... really? grah.

On the upside, I'm fairly stacked on bonus content. Got Catwoman pack(general preorder add-in I'm assuming?), robin pack, and sinestro corps costume.

There was a problem earlier today with the Robin DLC, but it was fixed.  I'm loving this game!  It's so much bigger than AA.

This game is aces.

I've only played for about an hour and I've met quite a few character in the game already; one was a major surprise. Looking forward to seeing who else just may pop up. The map really is huge, too. The Catwoman gameplay moments were really fun, too. I love how they handled her fighting style, it's perfect.

There are a lot of characters in this game that you will run into.  I don't know how RockSteady can top this.

Anti-used game policy unless its GameStop from what I have heard.  GameStop is being given codes to give out to their bonus club members rather the game is new or used.  And not just the Catwoman DLC but the Robin and Nightwing too in some stores from what I have heard. 

That said, love the game.  I am nearly at the end of the main quest (I think) and the game is much harder in a lot of areas.  (I've not really tackled the Riddler's stuff with the exception of the first hostage.

As for how I have played this much, don't ask.  I won't tell.

I still HATE the challenge modes.  It is my least favorite thing about the game just as the challenge mode was my least favorite thing about Arkham Asylum.

Who was the "surprise appearance" you mentioned, Laughing Paradox?

Picked it up and have been playing for about three hours tonight. Really fantastic game as I knew it would be. Question I have for you guys. The guys in my IT class are insisting that Robin is playable in the campaign, and I am insisting that he is available in challenge maps only. Who is right?
