Regarding Huesitos, the friendly dinosaur, his mouth is glued on, he moves his head, and he doesn't talk. So, as long as he can hit with his head, tail, or legs, that would be fine. He's like a kind of living museum skeleton. The one you made didn't work for me; I don't know if you uploaded the wrong file or the wrong version.
Agent L looks good. I enlarged his weapons and positioned them so they fit well in his hands.
Shirley is perfect. Booster is great because the area-of-effect movement was exactly what I wanted so I could add the missiles coming out of his torso from his backpack.
I'll do the portraits, and when you're feeling better, take a look at Huesitos. Like you said, health always comes first, obviously. I have plenty to keep me busy!

For the dinosaur - it came with kfs for both games and they're conflicting. Remove the "character.kf" file and the "keyframes.kf" will take over and animate him.
