She-Thing! Nice to see some interest in this character. I remember reading quite a few Fantastic Four issues when she was a member.

She disappeared awhile after Ben and her had a relationship and it fell apart. She showed up recently as a member of the Initiative until the end of the Secret Invasion when it was revealed that version was a skrull and the real one was later found on the prison ship with Mockingbird and the others. Last I saw of She-Thing was her sitting in with a debriefing team to find them a new place to stay after being missing for so long.
