I think it would be a nightmare to animate. I was asked to do one and I made two versions of Shumag, but I see it as pretty impossible to pull off without an extremely heavy amount of work. Maybe it could be used as a cameo in a mod, playing the role of a prisoner.

I have a kraken with custom animations from Civ4 that might work, and possibly one of the octupi I imported with custom animations as well, rotated maybe.

I don't know, it's super complex; we'd have to find some compatible frames. It behaves similarly in Dr. Strange. I also made one in star shape, in addition to this one.
