Then you can convert the magnitude of powers and equipment by using the next guide:

Typical - Poor = Very Low
Good = Low
Remarkable = Medium
Incredible = High
Amazing = High
Monstruous = Very High
Unearthly = Extreme

That should be the starting point for your own hero files.
