Two questions about FFX

Hi folks, I'm back with yet more questions.

1) FFX Control centre seems not to working. (I'm running FFvT3R on windows 10), the mod is working, but the centre doesn't allow me to do most of the things I seem to remember it doing. Any ideas?

and

2) Does PFX 1.2 work in FFX? It seems to be working in FFvT3R, and I've managed to get it to work in FFX, but when it's working there, the FFX attributes stop working. Am I just not installing it correctly?
