I made a skope of Thug1 with a Tommygun, if that counts (based on REN's Male_Suit_Tommygun)

If I can find it, I have a Skope of Valandar's Knife_Fighter that I've been meaning to update.

Depends on if you want unformed thugs. I've got some at:

... and I know Cyber Burn has some too. There were some at FXForce based on Pulp Versatile, and there at CO2 are an assortment of odd minions, such as two-headed, four armed, six armed, and hunchbacked thugs.
