Need help with a possible idea

Ok guys I have an idea to skin 5 characters, 5 bad guys to be precise. Now I have meshes for 2 the problem is I have no idea how to make the other be they brand new meshes or could decent skopes be possible. I'm after 3 other characters ones I'm actually amazed haven't been ever done to my understanding.

I won't go into details here (yeah yeah I know just wanna keep the surprise) just that is you know me and my love for a certain eras shows and villains, this could be interesting
