4. While the colors aren't exactly reverse Impulse, they go well together. I like the design, it's solid, clean. No complaints.

Technically I think it's intended to be the inverse of Impulse (Green and Black vs. Red and White) rather than a reversal of his color scheme ala Reverse Flash. It's simple, does what it's supposed to, and I really like it. 4.

2: I'm not a big fan of this one.  The color scheme is not particularly nice.  When I see this character, I can't really tell who or what he is by looking at him (other than a speedster).  When I first saw him, I actually thought he was a hero.  I suppose it helps if you've got fond feelings about Impulse's costume, which I don't really.

Impulse with different colours. Works great as an evil version of the character, colour set is nice, but the design is essentially the same as Impulse whom I don't have especially strong feelings about.
