DCUG Won't Launch

Howdy folks, I'm trying to get my mods working on both of my computers.  Last I checked, everything was working on my home PC, but my laptop, running Windows 8, has decided it doesn't want to launch the DCUG.  I think that worked previous on this computer, but I'm not sure.  Anyway, I'm using Steam, and other mods work, so it isn't a problem with the game itself.  Whenever I try to launch the DCUG, I get this:

"alert: loadRPGStruct(): key has no data, fisSCI"

Everytime I try this, I have to have Steam reacquire files.  Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

So, for future reference, I discovered that this message came from corrupted Power.dats in my mods.  Something got messed up when I transferred my files to my laptop.  Everything is working now.
