Rachel Summers fx pack??

I know this is a long shot but is there any fx pack for Rachel Summers phoenix powers? In contrary to classic Jean Phoenix form Rachel's powers are all blue. Here is a reference pichttp://www.comicvine.com/images/1300-1236558.
