Costume Rating 49: Impulse

Barry Allen's descendent Bart came to the future and served as the side kick Impulse:


Bart was notably a core member of Young Justice.

4. While I didn't always like the style he was drawn in, I think the Costume itself is really fitting of the Character. Overall, nothing I really dislike about the suit.

4. I like it, like CB said, really fits the character.

I'm very fond of this particular design: I think it suits the character well and still tying him in with the Flash family.  It's just simple enough, but has some nice practical details (the heavy treads, the goggles).

3: This one has some good features, but it's missing something, and I can't quite put my finger on what.  I think the costume may need a third color.

3: I think the foundations for a good costume is here but it's missing something, maybe just a logo. Without that it looks incomplete.
