He needs 94 billion dollars to rebuild Cobra Island and will use the M.A.S.S. device to conquer the world if you don't!  Or he would if the Joes hadn't destroyed it.  How embarrassing.  Watch the video, although technically the group's website link at the end contains some language, but the video itself does not.

I love what you get it if you pledge...specially the $200 mark getting Storm Shadow for a week...freaking great.
