looking for a place in Paragon City

Hello Folks;

I have a mision in CoH and can't find the entrance. It's in "Echo Dark Astoria" and the door in Talos Island is 'closed'. Can any one advise me on how to find the way in?

You have to go through Ouroboros -- there's a portal on the far side of the building that lets you get to the old versions of Dark Astoria and Galaxy City.
