Have any of you guys heard of this program? A buddy of mine is in heaven singing the praises of it and declaring it perfectly legal. I checked it out and read through tons of post on different forums. It has three levels of membership offering different amounts of bandwidth. They offer a free trial to see what they have to offer. Everybody seems to think the service is perfectly legal and they have plenty of subscribers. I don't see how this service can be legal, it's impossible. Maybe the program itself is legal but the act of downloading the media surely is not. What do you guys think?

They might follow the letter of the law in their local jurisdiction, apparently Barbados. However, if they allow to not only search streaming videos but to download them, I'd be surprised if they never end up on the receiving end of a lawsuit.

Personally, I wouldn't rush to give them my credit card information to get the free trial...

(This comment is only based on a quick look at their site, and I'm not a lawyer. YMMV.)
