Graphics do seem nice.

The graphics are fantastic. I am really loving the fact that Boon and his team our creating multiple skins for the characters. The next rumored reveal is going to be Lobo. Some people were asking about Lobo on twitter and Boon responded nobo and then replied he was kidding and to stay tuned.

I'm curious what that tunneling machine was in the Grundy vs GL fight. It looks vaguely familiar, but it could just be an arbitrary design for the game.

I'll definitely be purchasing this for my Xbox. However.. I know they like to release "Game of the Year" editions with all the bonus items later on, so it might be worth it to wait for that.

Would have liked to have seen more constructs from GL (A better costume would have been nice as well), Grundy was great to watch and Cyborg was really cool as well.

I really thought Green Arrow got served, Hawkgirl really worked him over, I didn't think he did enough to win. AS for the second fight, I enjoyed it, but felt Sinestro's constructs were a little difficult to see, and I was really hoping to see some interaction with Doomsday who was hiding in the background.

But all in all, I enjoyed watching these and look forward to round two.

I think Oliver won with some assistance from the stage hazards.  Shiera took a beating from Giganta and Darkseid. Of course the fights were already determined from the voting, but I was thinking how cool it would be if the stage hazards could effect the outcome.

First picture of Black Adam. I really like the design. Some people are freaking out over the bald head but I think NetherRealm did a great job capturing the Egyptian theme of Adam. He reminded me of Imhotep from the Mummy movies.

Lol, I knew you would say that Benton. Keep in mind this is only one costume of Adam. All the characters will have at least two. I suspect his other one will be based on the new 52 look. I really like what NetherRealm has come up with but I would like the classic looks too.

Haha, well, heaven help me from becoming too predictable.  Really though, I like a few of the things they did with it, but as with all of their other costumes, it just seems to me to be at best a partial success.  In the end, he doesn't really look like Black Adam to me.

Yeah, see, that looks pretty good.  It's still got that 'overly designed' look that all of the designs from this game has.

Superheroes in games tend to have really busy costumes... and I mean I know why... you only have to draw them once (make the texture) so it is easy to go nuts with details that any sane comic artist would avoid. Nobody wants to draw armored mesh in every panel of 22 pages, but why not put it on every hero in a game?

I'm just very sad that it is console only, since my circle of friends are a bunch of PC only people. Hopefully it will end up on steam but I'm not holding my breath.

I don't know why Boon didn't have him fight Superman for his reveal. I do love Shazam's powerset though, I can see the powers of all the gods, titan and heroes in his moves. Doomsday looks really great and his super move is outstanding. The only problem I have is that braided ponytail.

Watched a bunch of the videos, and and oddly enough Solomon Grundy is one of the ones that really blew my mind... I like the way it feels like he ignores hits and moves forward.

I don't remember her being so dark and demonic looking, but then again, we all know who her father is. I agree about Grundy Lugaru, he reminds me of an undead Hulk coming at you ignoring injuries or pain. He also reminds me of Spawn with his necroflesh.

I never really had much interest in this game but I just watched some of the trailers and the story actually looks kinda interesting. The game play looks fun as well.
Most of the costumes seem over designed though.

Talk about fan service. I saw how much effort they are putting into alternate costumes, but getting a whole new voice over for alternate suit is just plain awesome. He just has to say "YOU HAVE FAILED THIS CITY!" during his super lol
