Xbox 360 to be banned in the US?

Don't take this too seriously.  Either MS will pay some fines or they will have the lawyers come in and delay the hearing & trail for this.  Anyway wasn't MS in the process of buying Motorola?

That would be sweet, then finally game developers will focus on the PS3 instead of catering to the 360.
