Yes could anybody convert the strangers mod for  :ffvstr: please.

Ha!  Wow....that takes quite a bit of work man.  I don't think there is much chance that someone will jump at this, especially given the number of special coding tricks Dr. Mike uses that might be impossible to recreate in FF2.

It would honestly be only slightly more work to make a whole new campaign.  You really don't know all that would have to go into something like this.  It's extremely time consuming and tedious and takes a long, long while.

Like the guys said, it would be a MASSIVE amount of work.

May I ask why you want it in FFvTTR? Any particular features like the new graphics or sqaud AI?
