If you're a Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 2 fan, or just a fan of gaming in general, you've probably heard by now that the CEO and President of Call of Duty developers Infinity Ward were recently fired by Activision.

If you've been too busy finding new ways to kill people with a riot shield, or you were too busy nerd raging at Angry Joe over his Battlefield vs. Modern Warfare 2 video, let me repeat: Activision fired Vince Zampella and Jason West, CEO and president respectively of Infinity Ward, the studio that developed the Call of Duty franchise and it's latest installment Modern Warfare 2 (with reported sales of $1 billion worldwide). This is the same game which Kotaku.com reported is one of the 3 games keeping Activision afloat.
