Modern Warfare or World At War

I have to admit I was not a fan of Modern Warfare, was too involved in Rainbow Six Vegas 2.  I am a huge fan, and daily player of World at War.  I am amazed at what I am seeing for Modern Warfare 2

Own them both. Play them often.

WaW is a good game but nothing can top Modern Warfare in my book. I really love how the guns feel, the maps are great and it was fun leveling up my character.

None of this will matter once Modern Warfare 2 comes out. I'm hoping that game will crush the original and WaW.

MW2 looks amazing!! I must admit I feel that it will destroy WAW.  Which makes me sad to think how much I spent in map packs

I picked up the first 2 map packs for WaW but I'm kinda on the fence about the 3rd. May want to use that $10 to pre-order MW2.

MJB, if you're a hardcore fan get the map pack. If not don't.  I got them because of the amount of time my clan plays the game but I hate the three new mutliplayer maps.  I hate snipers and thats who the maps were made for.
The new zombie map sucks as well, the new knife and animations are amazing, but the map itself is a huge downfall compared to map pack 2

Sadly I'm on PS3. Next while I like to snipe I'm not sold on the thought of buying 3 maps made for sniping. Our kids seem to like the Zombie levels but I do not think that we should pay $10 for a zombie level alone...
