I hope the new patch fixes the fact that it wants me to file an error report every time i log off or exit the game... oh, and then recheck the files when i log back on.

Yeah. I saw a blue, gray, black and yellow dragon character named Raiza in the desert yesterday who was giant sized.

Apparently there's a rare drop off Mr. Zombie that lets you grow giant size, because I asked them if they were using an item from Monster Island I've heard about, and they were using the one from Mr. Zombie, not it.

yeah, the mr zombie thing is a pain cos there's always lvl 40's farming him when you have the actual mission -_-
I caught a broadcast of some 40's telling people to go elsewhere cos it was "their" spot so I took akkarin over and kept laying sigils to 1shot him before they could lay their claim till they left, I dont think lvl 40's like being outdone by a lvl 15 >_>

should mention I invited anyone who needed the mission to team with me so they could get their quest done, otherwise i'd be as bad as the farmers

Nice job, UB.  It would be neat to have the item, but does it serve a purpose?

My understanding is that the "growth" effect of that item is actually a bug, which will likely eventually be fixed. There were a couple of other bugs with the same effect in Beta, which were in fact fixed.

There was someone in the desert last night using the item along with miniaturization drive to become super-giant, and out of curiosity I asked them how long it took them to get it: Eight hours! Yikes!

(And they did say that they weren't hogging the spawn, which is good, I guess. But still....)

That's nothing, though; I once talked to a Druid in WoW who completed the Dalaran Coins fishing quest in one day (you have to fish a collection of coins out of a fountain, and its random which coins you catch - if any - so you can keep catching the same ones over and over again), and it took them about 15 hours.  (I can't stand fishing for more than 30 minutes at a time, and I've only fished longer than that maybe twice in the entire time I've played WoW)

We use the Freedom chat channel.  I think C-6 and/or Alaric can invite you to the SG.  I don't think anyone has set up young freedom yet.

In other news:

As I approach endgame the missions have begun to be either incredibly easy or very difficult.  Pretty much everything that is an open mission is easy because toons can easily handle all henchmen level villains no matter what level they are.  However, some of the indoor missions have "tough" henchmen which is double to tirple the health of a normal guy, and combined with tough leaders and such, well those missions can be pretty difficult if you are tanking. 

One open mission that was very tough was fighting the Mega-Terak on Monster Island.  He stomps on you for 22,000 points of damage.  That kills my character 3 times. 

Also, don't rechoose a crafting skill at level 30, it takes forever to get your new crafting skill back up to par.  You can create some great items at lower levels if you stay up on your crafting, and unfortunately I was not able to take advantage of that in my low 30s because I went from science to arms.

I have been totally hanging back until Blood Moon was over. It didn't really live up to expectations, and I got what I wanted out of it early on...

Plus, you know, having a life and whatnot. Halloween is a social time for me.

Well, since no-one is interested, I suppose I'll pass it by tonight as well.  I think I'll settle in and watch a movie instead.  I haven't gotten to do much of the Blood Moon stuff, so hopefully some of us can take a spin through it soon.

I took a break for a month or so after the Halloween event...but I just started getting back into it last week. I finally got into Lemuria. A cool zone to play so far with Spartanic...but it'll be better once I get Wild Wave in there!

I still play, detourne_me is level 28, and Rockabilly Robot is level 19, but I don't play too often cause I haven't seen anyone else playing...

I'm still playing. Got Midnight Crusader to 40 about 5-6 days ago, but am still running him occasionally (to get mats for crafting and to do UNITY missions). I haven't settled on which hero I want to level up next, so I keep switching between my others, and the next highest ones, Cyberknight X and GhostMachine, are level 21 right now.

I play in spurts... I'll run it a few days in a row, then lay off for a week. I notice one or two people are always on, but I suspect it's a glitch or something because this whole time they haven't leveled.
