I'm giving this a "MEH". The design in general, actually isn't too bad. The functionality looks like it "Could" be decent. But it's NOT a Costume for Barbara Gordon.

I actually like this one. Really like the color combo, and it gives her a really distinctive look in the bat fam.

I actually really like this design. For one thing, it does what SO MANY of the new 52 designs are trying to do... it looks like it can exist in real life. Additionally, it looks like something Barbara could have cobbled together herself without dipping into Bruce Wayne money. Everything here is simple and has a practical purpose, like something a seasoned crime fighter on a budget would throw together. Ex. the cape is on snaps attached to her shoulders, which is practically a middle finger to the "no capes" rant of Incredibles in that the cape will just come off rather than suck her into a turbine or whatever

I have a lot of friends who cosplay their own designs, and this looks like something they would put together... which makes total sense given that Barbara Gordon's Batgirl specifically is supposed to be a batman fangirl who works more or less independently. I'd actually argue that this design looks MORE like a Barbara Gordon creation than any previous design.

I'm going with a mild like on this one. I like the idea behind this costume, and I think it looks decent but it something about it holds it back for me.
I do really appreciate how much care the artist put into the design.

I LOVE this look.  It's practical, it looks amazingly cool and it conveys the change in tone that the book went through about this time.  Heck, if I could sew better, I would be making this outfit in a heartbeat.
