Excellent!  And very, very funny - although I suspect one needs a certain amount of medical knowledge to get some of the medical in jokes.  One quick example - the MMS is the Mini Mental Status exam and consists of a series of brief challenges to about a dozen assorted mental processes.  "I have an aversion to riddles."  I'm sure YL and I would be please to explain any other things folks may have questions about.
