Anyone with advanced knowledge of Synthetik rotoscoping and Capture Studio?

I'm having trouble saving models in Synthetik Studio 3D after it updated. It's only saving in FBX or YDD format if the polygon count exceeds 2000.

Does anyone know about this type of error?
