Specialized flying destroys state swaps

So some of might be aware that you are able to give unique flying fx toa character by creating a new fx in FFEdit called flying_x where x is replaced with the name of the character in FFEdit. So if your iron man is named ironman in the characters sections you can create a new fx called flying_ironman and when the character flies he will have the fx that you have chosen.

The problem with that as i have tested is that unique flying fx deactivates state swaps. My Jean Gren in MA can't use her hex/mental damage power anymore after i gave her flying fx. Most people probably aren ware of this but is there any way to have both? Can i give a character unique flying fx while also being able to use state swaps with him?

This is quite surprising, as I can't see any interaction between these two systems. Might there be an issue with your FFX Control Centre character branding? Do you have any script.log error?

No script.log error, the game runs fine. The customised flying also meshes up with enemy ai. When i play against the character he has a portion of his health missing in the start of the RR match and i when i hover over him there isnt a standard fist icon that signifies an enemy. I will try to upload a couple of pics to show what i mean

Here is how it looks, its the opening seconds, i havent attacked Force and he already has a portion of his health missing. The same thing happens with Jean Grey and they are the only two characters i have assigned custom flying fx. Its really boggling, state swaps dont work and the it messes his stats when the character is an enemy.

Maybe it has something to do with the name of the fx? I have created new fxs in the FFEdit called flying_mhforce to simulate the jet boots on Force so maybe that meshes with CC? I dont know.
