EZHero help

I've been trying to link custom characters to existing hero files to cut down on creation time. I have EZ Hero installed. I keep getting Run time error 76 Path not found, when I try to send to dat.  my file path should be correct.

the path is D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Freedom Force vs. the 3rd Reich\Custom\Art\library\characters

which I copy pasted. 

Unsure what I'm doing wrong

Changed the file path to just the main  game folder. It allows me to send to dat now but the character just doesnt show up in my custom folder at all in game.
