Agility feals very ineffecient

Hi.
Agility feals very inefficent right? Even a agility of 7 or so gets hit alot from characters with slow swiftness on melleeattacks. Its like you have to use passive defence for skilled characters. So many martial artists easy gets underpowered if you look at what they can do in the comics.

Yeah, I've been a bit frustrated by this in recent years.  It's led to something of an agility creep in my character builds.  I do tend to compensate with PDs.
