Male version of bacchite?

I've been cruising the various  and  sites, looking for a male version of the bacchite, basically a male in rags. Did anyone ever do one? Or is this a pipe dream of mine?

I don't think anyone ever made one, but of you tweaked "Pan" a bit, maybe added an alpha enabled Tommyboy Skirt, you could probably make it happen.
