Not "quivering" as in shuddering.  More like STEPHEN AMELL (Oliver Queen from "Arrow") is playing Casey Jones in Bay's next Ninja Turtle movie!

Like Bay or not, I like Stephen Amell and I think that he could make for a good Casey Jones :P
