The Wearing the Cape series must get more love.  A superhero series full of ideas on how heroes might exists in the real world if superpowers existed.  Very well thought out.  Superheroes as part of their city's emergency response system, why supers would be more useful in natural disasters than in stopping mundane crimes and how it would all work out legally.  That and time travel, reality warping, and big hero vs villain battles, of course.
I am the cat that walks by himself, all ways are alike to me.
