EZnif Not Working for Window 7 64 Bit

I'm having an issue with the 1.1 .net framework not install and hence Eznif will not install, anyone have a work around?

Tried this and got an Internal Error on the install msi final step. Fudge...

I know it is possible, but I can't seem to remember all of the steps I took to get it to work, it's been over a year
