I want to say that Bearded created a Death's Head, but I don't know if it's I or II. Check his Yahoo groups.

Bearded created a hex, and Soulmania made a skin, plus one for another hex.  Check FXForce.com.  Look under Skins/Meshes.  However, I, as well, don't know if it's I or II, although I think it's the first.
