Old school Mandarin mesh/skin? Baron Mordo for FFVTTR?

Ive been looking for one for    Tommyboys won't convert and work. And neither will Gren's Baron Mordo, unless I'm converting them wrong

Give me until tomorrow and I can get the Baron Mordo mesh fixed up for for you, ghosting fix and all

And I believe I have a classic Mandarin mesh somewhere.

Scroll down towards the bottom. It's named dm_VX_Mandarin_Classic.

Gren's Baron Mordo converts just fine for me using Lightning Man's converter. I also have never had any issues converting one of Tommyboy's meshes either. What converter are you using?

eznifconvert. instantly locks up and crashes

Here's what I cannot get to convert.  I've even tried not converting the keyframes. No help.

I open the nif file, hit convert, wait a minute, and then try to run the game. Doesn't work. Ive tried running all those without conversion. Nothing as well

Make sure if you're running Windows 7 that you either

a) Run it as an Administrator

or

b) Turn off User Account Control (use the "Help and Support" feature in the Start menu to find the panel)

That's what I did and it works perfectly

I'll get the other meshes you need converted and I'll just send them to you as one large group. I'll also get rid of the ghosting issue for each of them.
