Earthbound

Howdy guys, something of a random request here.  I need a nice, big image of the earth, preferably in comic style.  I've been searching for a while now, but I can't find anything that is even close to what I need.  Anyone know where I can find such a picture?  I want something like this Silver Surfer cover, but with the whole Earth and nothing in the way:

Google has failed me.  Apparently it is no longer my friend.  On one search of images, mixed in with all the rest of the things that wouldn't work were Cathy Lee Crosby's Wonder Woman, Barbarella (at least that was close to the search parameter of "space"), the motorcycle-helmeted Captain America (with clear shield), and Shaq's Steel.  The last time this happened, I was searching for the song Rock Bottom (by UFO) because at the time I couldn't remember who did it.  The results I got back were Eminem, T Pain, and Lil' Wayne.  I had never felt so betrayed.

Haha, what a strange selection!  I have also been gravely disappointed with Google in this pursuit.  I can't believe how tough it's been to find something that should be pretty simple.  I've also been having a devil of a time finding a nice, Kirby-ish image of a cosmic setting, you know, planets, comets, and kirby-like galaxies.  I need a large one, but the internet has failed me.

I've been using a decent, free 3D astronomy programme with my son recently.  I could do a large screen capture of Earth and give it the ol' comic book look.  I could even put the moon and the stars in the background, if you like.  I'll send you a PM (I think I owe you at least one in reply  ) once I have a draft to share.

Thanks JKC!  Those do look useful.  Darn it!  I actually looked through those files, but I somehow missed that stuff!

Tiobe, that sounds really neat!  Don't go to any trouble, but I have to say that sounds interesting.

It's been too long since I watched the cutscenes, so I thought that if there was one, it would probably be too small to be useful, otherwise I would have suggested something like that.
