As the title says, who's reading these books, and what do you think?  I feel like they're still moving at too quick a pace, and even though I'm loving the stories, I can definitely understand the criticisms of people who feel like they never really get to know the majority of the characters.  Despite that, there are really interesting things happening constantly.  I absolutely love the Black Terror, crazy or not, and I find myself really interested in all of the little twists the book is taking.  I suppose what they could really use is a constantly running back-up like their Meet the Villains book from a while back.  We need something to let us get to know the various characters a bit better.  We know Green Lama, Black Terror, and the Devil a bit, since they've been the focus of these books, but I'd like to know more about Hydro, The Owl, The Ghost, and all the others.

Spoiler
The whole "the heroes can't die thing....what do y'all think about that?  I like it on one hand, as it really makes you wonder what has HAPPENED to these guys, but it definitely removes some of the tension.  After all, these books are so special because they aren't bound by the problems that plague the big two.  They can kill off characters, make drastic changes, and do whatever they want.  They already have done that to some extent, so I don't know what I think.

I really enjoyed the last stand of Dynamic Boy and the twist with the arrival of the Dynamic Family, but if we're supposed to not hate these guys, they'll have to do something to explain the murder of all of Shangri-la's inhabitants by Dynamic Forces.

So, what do y'all think?

I started off reading it, but I didn't care for the art and the story was sort of blah.  I may pick these up in trade paperback format so I can read them all at once.
