Black Beetle Cape

Any Ideas how where to find a cape like The Black Beetle

Dove has a small cape you could use as the top part and Red Robin has an under cape that would work with an alpha'd triangle. It was something I was playing with for Damian but ran into problems getting it to line up on a kid mesh. Or just us Red Robin's and draw the upper cape on it.
