Can you use another profiles save in windows live?(batman arkham)

I was using an offline profile to play but I just got an internet connection for my laptop so I tried logging in to live, being the fool that I am . Now I cant seem to get the offline profile to work or even show up. I made another offline profile but my saves wont show up. Can I attach a save from the old profile to a new profile some how? I still see the save in the folder so it is still there. Really hate having to use windows live . Are the profiles physically located somewhere in my comp?

I'm really not sure about save files from Arkham Asylum,  When I switched from Vista to Windows 7 I tried pluggingin all my game saves from Steam, and the Batman one was the only one that said it was corrupt, or didn't work   luckily i beat the game just before the switch.

Sadly I had to have been at least 8hrs into my game. Seems to be a windows live problem. Last time I buy a game with it. Why we are forced to use it is beyond me.

Same thing happened to me. I started off with an offline profile, then decided I wanted to get the downloadable content. When I created an online profile to get the downloads, my offline profile disappeared. I wasn't very far into the game, so I didn't worry about it too much. A quick scan through the Eidos forums shows a lot of people have run into similar issues, but I didn't see any sign of a solution. I suspect you're out of luck.
