Trouble with Kang

I'm having a slight issue with Kang in my mod and was hoping someone could help me out. I'm using USAgent's hero files that consists of a hero file, M25AI file and a py file. I sent kang's hero file to the DAT file using EZhero. I then removed the hero, M25 and py files out of the standard hero directory so there would be no confusion for the game. I ran the FFX control Center and saved kang's entry and then ran M25AI generator in the rumble room. The issue that I'm having is that all kang does is float around with a force field. He doesn't attack. Before the conversion, he would use his gauntlet blasters, paralysis ray, punch and force field. Also, he doesn't seem to use his summoner attribute very much. Can anyone help me out with this issue please?

Any thoughts? Once I can get this resolved, my first mission will finally be done.

Go into FFEdit and change his AI to "GenericMinion". His AI is most likely "*No AI*" which means that he does nothing.
