Hawk and Dove

Hey guys, just saw the lastest rerun of JLU with Hawk and Dove(Hank and Don Hall).  Can anyone tell me who created them?  I remember having them, but I seem to be unable to find them.

I believe the creator was felidio...  and they were in the yahoo group nightgroup3 or nightgroup4... i know C6 has done skins for them...
