First time EZ script user

Hello all, this is my first attempt at using the EZ script to create a mini mod and I finished writing the script and putting it inside the proper folder. I ran the mini mod in the rumble room but only part of the mod works. I get past the first fight with minions but then no arrow appears for the minion interrogation encounter. At the very beginning of the mod a receive a message that says 'Interrogate_setup' Error the Encounter: Doencustomdoesnotexist. and that it may not be set up properly in the control center or it could be a scripting error. I have looked over the interrogation part of the script over and over and can't find any fault. Can anyone please help a lowly newb? If you have the time and don't mind could someone please look over my script for the mod and let me know why this is happening and if there are any errors:

Villain says, "You fool... OA is under attack as we speak..."

Hero says, "Thanks for the assist Guy."
guy_gardner says, "Anyday I get to beat on old ulgy over there is a good day."
Hero turns to guy_gardner, "Lets grab Hal and hurry back to OA, we've got a problem, I'll explain on the way."

Hmm, I don't see anything that jumps out at me.  Do you not have to use the ---- dividers?

No, you don't have to use the #----------- dividers.  Those are there to make it easier to read.

I must have done something to the interrogation code. 

For now, you need to have a villain specified for it to work.

Ohh yeah, duh!  I knew that.  I encountered that problem with the early DCUG missions.
