So I recall a couple of times people requested some Silent Hill monsters... these got turned down citing that the world of Freedom Force doesn't fit with unholy terrible monsters. Pish tosh, I say. I quite like my super heroes fighting lovecraftian entities that feed of malice and feer, and basically cosist of a massive blob of swirling tentacles, gnashing teeth and ever staring eyeballs that pierce your very soul.

I know we have some "regular" monsters. There's a dracula mesh. There are some werewolves, but if I recall none are that werewolfy. Bearded, of course, did that sweet Frankenstein's monster AND the zombie. And he was trying to get the zombie keys to work for female basic (or, well, it works for him but doesn't seem to work for me for some reason).

How about even some monsterous or spooky type keyframes? Personally I'd like to have a creepy spectre set for male and female. Well call it the "Psycho Mantis" set. Sort of like a creepy floating dead body or marionette or something. Or how about the "Jacob's Ladder" AKA the "Silent Hill nurse" set? Complete with shaking heads and weird jerky movements. Or you could go all out Japanese crawly ghost.

How about something with tentacles out of the face or spikes all over or living upper bodies or heck just any sort of weird monster thing? This is all I ask. Whadda ya say, folks?

I wouldn't reply, but to not do so in it's own way leaving ya hanging.. my answer is a no.

my thoughts were never as ghoulish but the more variety of characters\creatures the better the game play.i always leaned more toward more mythological creatures like griffens,giants,titans,ect...!maybe someone will bless you with some ghouls.    hey,did you get my p.m ?

Oh right, I forgot to mention Val's giant monsters. Including Cthulhu. Also Gni's very awesome alien mesh.

I do realize that there are quite a few people not into this sort of thing. I can appreciate that. But even more non-human meshes are good, like those mythological types. Is Val okay with skoping? I don't recall. If so, you could try sticking some wings on his lion mesh. Bam, Griffen (or close enough). Luckily we've got minotaurs (manbull) and cyclops (just stick a one eyed version of Val's bugbear).

There is a daemonite mesh by Lord Ehmsidy (I think) from the Wildc.a.t.s. mod. It's pretty sweet. I would like to see some Spawn villains like Violator and the other phlebiac brothers or even the Heap.

That Daemonite is pretty good.

In a similar vein, I'd lik to see the Plant critter from Morlock 2001. Been using a rather pitiful Ent.

I'd also like to see a Hunter, from Resident Evil. That could then be used for Deep Ones if one wanted.
