:doh: I thought of that a couple of days ago. That certainly would make things easier. The only problem is that Irrational's male_cape comes with a belt attached. Ooleyman did a male_cape_nobelt, but I don't know his view on hexing/skoping his work.

Okay, a couple of questions:  1, there were some extra skins for the civilian boy mesh, does anyone know where they are?  (This is just a bit of random curiosity)  2. I've been thinking a little about trying to add Uncle Sam and the Freedom Fighters into the DCU, does anyone know if they've been done?  If not, I probably won't bother with it.

The old-school Uncle Sam and the Freedom Fighters, the newer ones who got killed in Infinite Crisis or the current team?

Old-school: I've got some great mesh/skins for Uncle Sam, Phantom Lady, Firebrand, Dollman, The Ray, Red Bee and Human Bomb.

Killed in IC team: There are meshes/skins out there for the current Ray, the native American Black Condor, and pre-mangle face Damage (Phantom Lady, Human Bomb and Uncle Sam were also part of this team).

Current team: hasn't been done as far as I know.

Are you talking about new, non-IG made skins?  The mesh itself comes with two skins, in-game (at least the original flavor did).  And you're thinking about the Nick Craft mesh, not the comic-holding mesh, right?  That latter one didn't have *any* real keyframes (I know, I tried using him for King-Be's Team League once).

I was wondering if anyone had made Harliquin from the Teen Titans, Possibly Gnaark, Golden Eagle (Both pre/post Crisis), Batgirl and her Flamebird costume, and maybe a Mal the Hornblower chara (Both pre/post Crisis).

I also wanted to know. Has anyone ever done a water enviroment? If so how would you work it? I know there are swimmer KF out there and I have them all in the skins folder for the aquatic characters, But I see little use in having them on the chara while they are on land.

Has anyone made like the JL Sattilight?
Is there a Zatanna Blue and White suit out there with the cape and the lobster thing in her hair?
Is there a Golden age Hawkgirl?
I am also looking for Liberty Belle and Firebrand.

are there any characters that are alien or semi-alien looking chara out there?
Tellus, Mermen (I found a Mermaid one), Gordanians, Harpis or Tygor, any number of Aliens from the Legion or creatures that the heroes run into... umm ancient beasts like what Alpha Flight fought, or the various denziens from any of the under-earth portions of Marvel, I know... blah blah blah... lol

Guardian, wow, quite a list there.  I'm afraid I'm not familiar with most of those characters, and I imagine others might not be as well.  It might help to post links to pictures of those guys/costumes. 

The short answer is yes, but the long one is a lot more complicated.  Eventually my DCU will include a handful of water maps...........eventually......let me stress that one more time....eventually. ^_^  Check out the thread in the mod section which talks about a new 'water' object.

The aliens....well, my mod will include both Gordanians (thanks to Unko), White Martians (thanks to Flash#), and I may include others as well.

Ohh, and I believe that 'Harliquin' is named 'Joker's Daughter.'  I also believe that KS did her, she should be in one of his yahoo groups.

Oconnor's hat is meshed as part of his head. You won't be able to remove it except by fixing (remodeling the head) it in 3dMax.

Alright......so, I'm not quite sure where I should really post this, but I figure since I'm requesting something, it might belong here.  A while ago someone (I haven't the foggiest idea who) went to a lot of trouble and compiled a whole gaggle of DC and Marvel portraits taken from comics.  I used this wonderful resource for a lot of my characters in the DCU mod, but since several of them are rather obscure, there were no ready made portraits of them.  So, I'm putting out a call for help to the community at large.  I would love to have a comic portrait for every character I'm including, and I'm pretty close as is.  If those with comic collections, some spare time, what have you, might provide portraits for a handful of characters, that'd be awesome.  As my friend has STILL not returned my copy of Photoshop....I could use some help! ^_^

ya know, someone *just* put up a link to such a site, within the past week, but I'll be darned if I can find it now.  Are there really no portraits of Two-Face, Pengy, and Hawkgirl?

Any particular artist's rendition you're looking for on any of these?  Any particular costume variant?

Does Mera look different as a Queen than normal? (with that funky starfish-esque headband)

I should be able to dig up most of these, Pre-Crisis, with a couple Post, except for the Deep Six (unless I can pull something workable from Who's Who).  Steel & Quinn might give me some problems, and I'm not sure about Morrow....I know I've got something with him in it (an old JLA story), but I don't remember him looking particularly noteworthy....just kinda generic science-y.  If you have some skins that these are gonna go with, maybe you could post a couple pics for referrence, to know what look to aim for.

Thanks for the help man, I'm deffinetly looking for the classic looks on most of them, although modern artist's renditions are deffinetly welcome.  For example, I use a Jim Lee Batman and Superman, and a modern pic of Hawkman.  Yep, there aren't any portraits (that I know of) for any of these I've mentioned, except Steel, and it's not the version I'm using.  Pre Crisis Deep Six is just fine, as for the others I'd prefer none animated pics, but a lot of them I'd like in the flavor that they had in JLU:
