Disabling the Intro Video

Howdy folks, does anyone remember (or remember where I can find out) how to disable the intro video for new campaigns in  ?  It's a minor thing, but when you're testing a new campaign approximately 1 million times, the few seconds of Lord Dominion that play before you can skip it become rage-inducing, haha.
