1) Minute Mouse - removed the extra polys on his face, skinned the entire nose and his tail black

2) Chopper - attached the head to the body, removed the fangs, added black to the back of the mouth, color matched the white and blue between the body and the head

3) Broadened his face, adjusted his nose, added a cleft to his chin, attached the head to the body. Some of the vertices on the left and right legs are shared so they'll have to be either split off, or maybe use the legs from the Mighty Heroes/ Strong Man character I had done before.
