Does anyone know of a hulking size mesh with speedy keyframes for running?

I don't think there are any from looking around. If you want, I can try rigging it to some speed keys. From what I tried before, most of the speedsters won't work in Blender except for Makkuri from Marvel's Eternals. I can try to rig that to hulking if you want and see what happens.

I want to say that there were keyframes set up for both "Male_Heavy" and "Male_Hulking" meshes for speedsters. I believe that it was Yellow Lantern that had created them. I don't have the links to his Yahoo Groups handy, but maybe someone else could point you in the right direction.
