little mod which made thecharacter selection ring disappear

Well, my daughter  downloaded a virus which made me  have to wipe my hard drive so I'm starting over again. Fortunately I have recent backups. what I am missing is a little mod which removed the purple ring around the character when you selected it. I really liked it gone and wondered if some kind soul could help me out and either had it or knew where to get it.

Actually I found it in my backups. I have it now if anyone's interested. it was made by Phantom Altern. It just removes the purple selection ring for  better screenshots and more immersive play.

i'm more interested in the mod that got rid of the area selection, the white glob thing. have you seen this one?

No unfortunately haven't heard of it. sounds good though.
